Why this matters
`VACUUM FULL` takes `ACCESS EXCLUSIVE` and rewrites the whole table, making it unavailable for the duration. For shrinking a bloated table on a live database use `pg_repack` or `pg_squeeze`; a plain `VACUUM` is fine.
